What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Some are needed for a website to work; others help measure visits and advertising.

Necessary cookies

These are always on. We store your cookie choice in your browser (under "oea_cookie_preferences") so we don't ask you again on every page. We ask again after 180 days or if this policy changes.

Optional marketing & analytics cookies

Only used if you choose "Accept all" or turn on "Marketing & analytics":

  • Google Analytics (Google) — measures how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and clicks through to Swiftly.
  • Google Ads (Google) — measures and improves the performance of our advertising.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) — measures visits and clicks from Facebook and Instagram ads and helps show relevant ads.

This tracking is managed through Google Tag Manager and is shared with Swiftly (swiftly.ie), which handles property-selling enquiries from this site. Until you consent, Google tags run in a restricted mode that stores no analytics or advertising cookies, and the Meta Pixel is not loaded.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer, or the button below. Withdrawing stops optional tracking from that point on.
